Upon initial demolition of this space, we found massive issues with their wiring as well as a potentially catastrophic failure of the foundation wall.

Through clever responsible solving and budget reallocation, we were able to fix the electrical issues and make last minute changes to the structural plans to keep this renovation on schedule, while remaining within budgetary requirements.
